Material One World Balance does not own
This permission does not apply to third-party photographs, artwork, quotations, logos, trademarks, documents, music, video, software, or other material that One World Balance does not own. Those materials remain subject to the rights and terms identified by their owners and applicable law.
Name, identity, and endorsement
Open use of site content does not authorize anyone to impersonate One World Balance, falsely claim endorsement, create confusion about the source of material, or misuse names, logos, seals, signatures, or other identifiers as trademarks or badges of official approval.
